1. There is no differentiation that causes the brand to stand out. Everyone wants to be like Nike but Nike is already doing a great job at being Nike. There must be something unique that causes the brand to stand out. Some type of detailed design that makes customers feel as though they need your product.
2. There is no specified target market. Everyone has a different sense of style and age also plays a part. Having a set demographic makes marketing more personal and creates connections with the consumers. For example, Nike markets their brand as clothing for athletes and market towards everyone because they make it known that everyone is an athlete.
